Choosing a report.

GeneKids Discover is the recommended all-round package for most parents.

Which package should I choose?

Choose Nutri for nutrition-focused concerns, Discover for nutrition plus development, or Complete for the most comprehensive child-focused report.

What is included in GeneKids Discover?

Discover includes nutrition, learning, personality, sleep, fitness and selected skin-wellness insights.

Can I add a printed report?

Yes. Premium hardcopy options are Nutri +RM200, Discover +RM350 and Complete +RM500.

Kit and report

How is the sample collected?

The kit contains simple instructions for collecting a saliva sample at home.

How do I return the sample?

Use the prepared return pack and send it to the GeneKids return address provided with the kit.

When will the report be ready?

The softcopy report is prepared within 14–21 days after the sample is received for processing.

What happens if no result can be produced?

If a processing, sample or technical error prevents a result, GeneKids refunds the payment in full.
