We check the returned package before arranging laboratory processing.
Laboratory processing
The sample is sent for processing at a laboratory in Singapore.
GeneKids report preparation
The results are organised into the GeneKids package you ordered.
Receive the report
Your softcopy is delivered electronically. Printed hardcopies are sent separately when added.
