Kit delivery and return.

GeneKids delivers home saliva kits to customers in Malaysia and Singapore.

Kit delivery

Standard kit delivery is free within Malaysia. Delivery to Singapore is RM80 per order. Tracking information will be shared when available.

Returning the sample

The kit includes a prepared return pack and instructions. Customers return the completed saliva kit to the GeneKids address provided inside the package.

Printed reports

When a premium hardcopy is added, the printed report is delivered separately after it is prepared.
