GeneKids terms of service.
These terms apply to orders placed through genekids.asia.
Orders and payment
All website prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit. Orders are confirmed after successful payment through HitPay.
Customer details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and order information. GeneKids may contact the purchaser to resolve incomplete or inconsistent details.
Kit use and return
Customers must follow the instructions supplied with the kit and return it using the prepared packaging. Delays caused by incomplete delivery details, late return or failure to follow the collection instructions may extend the service timeline.
Report delivery
Softcopy reports are generally prepared within 14–21 days after the sample is received for processing. Printed reports are delivered separately when purchased.
Refunds
The No Result, Full Refund guarantee applies according to the GeneKids refund policy.
